Hearts First Cardiff Santa Jog 2007
The British Heart Foundation are holding an sponsored jog in Cardiff on the 9th of December. The Cardiff Santa Jog is a fun and entertaining event which is sure to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. Participants can walk, jog or run the 3 mile course around splendid Bute Park – whilst wearing their very own Santa Suit! The Santa Jog will start at 12:30pm in front of the Winter Wonderland fair by Cathays Park and Cardiff Civic Centre, with a warm up session before heading into Bute Park. The event is ideal for all ages and abilities, and is a great chance to join hundreds of others for some festive fun, whilst looking after your hearts.
As you all know, the British Heat Foundation are very supportive of our scheme, and have kindly put funding towards one of our defibrillators. I would like to encourage anyone interested in participating and supporting the BHF to take part. More information can be found at:
